How do I return or exchange something I bought?

Returns Are Easy! Just follow these 4 easy steps.
Step 1Complete it & Clip it
Fill out the Return Form on the packing slip. Cut the shipping label from the bottom of the form.
Step 2Pack it
Include the Return Form in the box with your item to exchange or return.
Step 3Label it
Attach the shipping label to the box. Don't forget to remove any old labels or bar codes.
Step 4Ship it
Ship the box (see return label for method of shipment). Be sure to get a receipt and keep it until your return has been processed.

What if my item is damaged, defective or isn't what I ordered?
Oops, sorry about that! Let us make it right. You can use the pre-paid return label you may have received in your package. If you did not receive one with your packaging, visit our Returns Center in the Account Overview area of the website to print a new return label at Fingerhut.com. If you have any specific questions, contact Customer Service to help with your return.How long will it take to receive my return credit?
It typically takes 10-15 days, from the time you mail your item to us to receive it and credit your account. If you provided us with your email address, we will email you when your account has been credited. You can also check on your return status and available credit by viewing visiting the Returns Center in the Account Overview section of Fingerhut.com.I returned my item to Fingerhut and you have not received it yet. Now what?
Once your return has been scanned by the shipper, we will display the tracking information in the Returns Center in the My Account area of Fingerhut.com. Or, you can simply visit the shipper's website and enter in your tracking number. If you received a SmartLabel, go to www.tracking.smartlabel.com/ and enter your tracking number.

Note: Pre-paid return labels are not available for dropshipped items, truck-ship items, oversized items or Fingerhut FreshStart accounts. Contact Customer Service to help with your return.
If you do not have your return label or packaging slip, just sign in to your account and go to My Orders on the left side. Click on Returns Center. Select the order and the items you would like to return and hit the Print Label button. A packaging slip will be included in your print outs.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged or defective items, duplicate items or items that you did not order. Final determination of product condition is subject to our inspection. All other returns will be charged for return shipping and will be deducted from your credit according to the weight of the package:

No problem! If you don't have your packing slip, you can print one off from the Returns Center in the Account Overview area of Fingerhut.com or create your own.
- To print a packing slip: visit the Returns Center in the Account Overview area of Fingerhut.com. Select the order and the items you would like to return and hit the Print Label button. A packing slip will be included in your print outs.
- To create your own packing slip: write down your order number and specify if you would like a return credit or if you would like an exchange for a different item. Put this information inside of your box. Mail the box to: Fingerhut Returns, Fingerhut/Bluestem Trusted Partner, 8051 Eastgate Blvd. Mt. Juliet, TN 37122.
How do I return a truck-shipped or oversize item?
If your item was delivered by Pilot Freight, and is not a major appliance, mattress, mattress set or box spring, contact customer services on the Contact Us page to arrange for a pick up. Please note, truck-shipped or oversize returns may be charged a return freight of up to $110. This amount will be deducted from your return credit.
