Why was my FreshStart closed-end account closed?
Your WebBank/Fingerhut FreshStart closed-end account has been closed because the FreshStart program has been discontinued. As part of this change, WebBank/Fingerhut has paid off your FreshStart balance in full, and it will be reported to the credit bureaus as “Paid in Full”.
The FreshStart program involved graduation to a Fetti account if you paid off your initial purchase within 8 payments or earlier with no instance of late payments. Because you were on track to make the required 8 on-time payments and we have paid off your outstanding balance, you have been issued a WebBank/Fingerhut Fetti open-end credit account, which is available for purchases.
To the extent you make purchases on your new WebBank/Fingerhut Fetti Credit Account, you will be responsible for making minimum monthly payments until the balance is paid in full.
What if I don’t want the WebBank/Fingerhut Fetti account?
If you do not wish to retain your WebBank/Fingerhut Fetti account, please contact us at 1-800-964-1975 and we will close the account.
