The Extended Home Trial Period for the holidays applies to orders placed between October 1, and December 24, 2009. This Extended Home Trial Period allows an exchange or refund of your purchase until January 31, 2010. All returns and exchanges must be in like-new condition, contain all original packaging and accessories, and be returned using the label from the packing slip. Opened music, movie, video games and software can be exchanged for the identical item, but cannot be returned for credit or refund.
After the Extended Home Trial Period, product concerns must be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty. If no warranty exists, please contact Customer Service to discuss whether a return is possible. Any returns accepted after the Home Trial Period may be prorated.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
