| To return an item, just follow the instructions on your
order summary or invoice. Tell us if you’d like credit or an exchange. If
you’re exchanging an item, allow 30 days for your item to be sent. If you’re
returning for credit, wait two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your
statement. If any item was received in damaged or unacceptable condition,
please contact Customer Service at 1.800.208.2500.
