How do I cancel an order?
We begin processing your order almost as fast as you check out, so it’s unlikely we’ll be able to cancel it. We encourage you to take advantage of our 30-Day Home Trial period to make sure you’re satisfied. You can request a cancel by emailing Fingerhut at customerservice@fingerhut.com but we can’t guarantee it will be canceled. If you don’t want the 30-Day Home Trial period, you can refuse delivery of the package and it will be returned to Fingerhut.
