B. Automatic Entry Via Placing a Fingerhut Order: You will receive five (5) automatic entries for each order you place online at www.fingerhut.com (“Site”), by phone by calling the phone number located in your catalog or by completing and mailing the mail Order Form inside your catalog. You must include your catalog number (if you have one) and customer number (if you have one) from the back cover of the catalog to complete your order. If entering via mail-in order form, keep a photocopy of your Order Form, complete and sign the Order Form in your catalog and mail your Order Form to the address indicated. Please include your name, customer number, complete address, phone number, product codes, shipping address and method of payment. Order Form entries must be postmarked by July 1, 2013 and received by July 8, 2013 to be entered into all four drawings. Order Form entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2013 and received by October 7, 2013 to be entered into the second, third and fourth drawings. Order Form entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2013 and received by January 7, 2014 to be entered into the third and fourth drawings. Order Form entries must be postmarked by April 15, 2014 and received by April 22, 2014 to be entered into the fourth drawing only.

C. Sign Up for Emails from Fingerhut: You will receive five (5) entries when you sign up to receive emails from Fingerhut.com. Limit five (5) entries per person throughout the Promotion Period via this method of entry.

D. Spend Over $200 on Fingerhut.com: You will receive five (5) entries when you make a onetime purchase of over $200 on Fingerhut.com.

E. Free Method of Entry: To enter without completing any of the tasks listed above, visit www.fingerhut.com/funzone and complete the online entry. You may be required to sign up a FREE Fingerhut account, if indicated online. You will receive five (5) entries for each online entry completed. Limit five (5) entries per person per day throughout the Promotion Period.

For all methods of entry, to be entered into all four drawings, you must complete entry from 12:01 a.m. CT on February 15, 2013 through 11:59 p.m. CT on June 30, 2013. To be entered into the second, third and fourth drawings, you must complete entry from 12:00 a.m. CT on July 1, 2013 through 11:59 p.m. CT on September 30, 2013. 4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE ODDS OF WINNING: Drawing One Prize (1): $5,000, awarded in the form of a check. Drawing Two Prize (1): $10,000, awarded in the form of a check. Drawing Three Prize (1): $20,000, awarded in the form of a check. Drawing Four Prize (1): $15,000, awarded in the form of a check. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received by the end of each drawing period.

5. RANDOM DRAWINGS: The Drawing One Prize will be awarded in a random drawing, conducted on or about July 15, 2013, from among all eligible entries received as outlined in Rule #3.
